Smoke removal system

Ammonium chloride
          smoke removal system

Ammonium chloride smoke is generated by chemical reaction when hydrochloric acid and ammonia are combined. As the particle size of this smoke is less than 1μm (submicron), it is impossible to collect by traditional vertical scrubber, and causes serious environmental problem.

Smoke removal system removes the smoke by applying the law of Brownian Diffusion (irregular movement of streamline). Spray nozzle is installed at the gas inlet in order to prevent Ammonium chloride crystallization. Also, three-dimensional filler highly improves gas-liquid contact efficiency.
